A - This usually happens when the slave installation hasnt been finished.

A - Most likely you havent increased the file upload limit on your server, this can be done by editing the php.ini file or if your host allows, to edit the .htaccess file.

A - This is because, ffmpeg which is software that creates the thumbnails and converts the videos into flash format needs to be installed.
